Doors and stair railings in first floor hall to be re-finished. Floor and stairs to be sanded and refinished with urethane.

Stairwells to second and third floors

Original smoke detector conduits to be removed from walls and ceilings of first and second floors and relocated inside walls.

Original front entrance doors.

Refinished front entrance doors, side panels and ceiling. Added new gold leaf highlights. Doors, side panels and ceiling were cleaned, sanded, stained and urethaned with several coats.

Full Bathroom - full remodel

The full bathroom off the kitchen will be remodeled entirely... new shower, floor, toilet, sink, fan and a larger door opening. New framed walls, insulation and plaster to be installed along with new lighting.

Original Kitchen - different views

The original kitchen will be enlarged to accomodate a dishwasher, cooktop and oven and additional cabinets & countertop space.

Half Bath will be removed to enlarge kitchen

The half bath has been removed to enlarge the kitchen. The hall door to the bathroom will be closed and plastered off. The full bathroom off the kitchen will be remodeled in its entirety.
